Information Regarding the Processing of Information and Personal Data Received in Job Applications
A. Data Controller
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data will be processed by MH Logistics Tur. Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“COMPANY”) as the data controller, within the scope explained below.
B. Purposes for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data/special categories of personal data (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Personal Data”) collected through the job application form will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 for the purposes of evaluating your job application and your suitability for the relevant position, ensuring that potential business partners of our Company assess your suitability for the position, conducting and completing recruitment processes within the framework of our Company’s human resources policies, and contacting you accordingly. Furthermore, to ensure the fulfillment of legal and commercial obligations with our Company and its business partners; and to determine and implement our Company’s business strategies; and to develop and improve the recruitment principles implemented by our Company.

C. To Whom and For What Purposes Can Processed Personal Data Be Transferred?
Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, potential business partners, shareholders, affiliates, public institutions and private law entities that request information by law, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698, for the purposes of evaluating your job application and your suitability for the relevant position, conducting and finalizing recruitment processes within the framework of our Company’s human resources policies and communicating with you within this scope, and also for the purpose of ensuring the fulfillment of legal and commercial obligations with persons who have a business relationship with our Company; for the purposes of determining and implementing our Company’s business strategies.
D. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected through our websites, other websites that allow you to apply for jobs, or in a physical environment. Your personal data may be processed and transferred in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698, and for the legal reasons specified in Articles (b) and (c) of this Information Text. Your collected personal data will be retained for two years.
E. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights using the methods set out below, the Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In this context, personal data owners;
- To learn whether personal data has been processed,
- To request information if personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, both domestically and internationally,
- To request correction of personal data if it is incompletely or inaccurately processed, and to request notification of the action taken to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, despite the processing being in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request notification of the action taken to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, resulting in a result detrimental to the person,
- To request compensation for damages suffered due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
You may submit your request to exercise your rights specified above, in accordance with Article 13, Paragraph 1, of Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué No. 30356, dated March 10, 2018, on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, in Turkish, in writing, or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to the Company and registered in our system. The Company reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.
In your application;
a) Your name, surname, and signature if the application is in writing;
b) Your Turkish Republic ID number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey; if you are a foreigner, your nationality, passport number, or your ID number, if applicable;
c) Your residence or workplace address for notification;
ç) Your email address, telephone, and fax numbers, if applicable, for notification;
d) The subject of your request; and any relevant information and documents must also be attached to the application.
You can submit your written applications, along with the required documents, to our company’s address, İvedik OSB Mah. Melih Gökçek Bulvarı HM Office 63/34 Yenimahalle / ANKARA, TURKEY, as the data controller.

Depending on the nature of your request, we must provide you with complete and accurate information and documents. Failure to provide the requested information and documents may result in disruptions to the Company’s ability to conduct thorough and qualified investigations based on your request. In such cases, the Company reserves its legal rights. Therefore, your application must be complete and include the requested information and documents, depending on the nature of your request.

I accept, declare and undertake that I give my express consent, with my free will, to the collection, processing, transfer, internationalization, deletion, anonymization and other processing and preservation for a period of 2 years of my personal data/special personal data covered by the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, which was obtained during my job application to MH Logistics Tur. Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti., within the framework of the purposes and scope specified in the INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA RECEIVED IN JOB APPLICATIONS MADE TO MH Logistics Tur. Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti., given to me in the annex of the job application form. I hereby accept, declare and undertake that I give my express consent to the collection, processing, transfer, internationalization, deletion, anonymization and other processing of my personal data/special personal data, which are obtained during my job application to MH Logistics Tur. Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti., within the framework of the purposes and scope specified in the INFORMATION NOTICE ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA RECEIVED IN JOB APPLICATIONS MADE TO MH Logistics Tur. Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti., given in the annex of the job application form.
